“LOC Construction built our new home in 2013-2014 this was a rebuild after the 2011 earthquakes. We found the workmanship to be of a very high standard and are delighted with our new house! Les and his team were punctual, pleasant and efficient and the build was finished within a 12-month timeframe. Les’s sub-contractors were helpful and easy to deal with.
