WINNERS!! We are excited to announce that we took out the national house of year award for the multi unit category. A lot of hard work went in to these stunning townhouses and all credit goes to our outstanding team of builders, sub contractors and architect.

This house once completed will have a floor area of 350m2 and a roof area of 570m2. The reason the roof is so large is because of the oversized soffits and a large covered in outdoor area that will have a seamless roof inline with the house.
Originally planned for 2 stages this new build in Prebbleton has seen great progress with stage 1 now at plastering and then onto painting whilst stage 2 has all the structural steel in place and the framing nearly completed.
The boys on site have made great progress and are working through this project diligently and with care, great effort team.
